The following establishes capacity to design, engineer, permit, transport, foundation, install and maintain a large permanent object in a public setting — the requirement behind “projects of similar scale.
Four decades in building and development inform the delivery of monumental and public work — engineered foundations, permitting, ADA compliance, crane and rigging coordination, installation, and long-term maintenance. This capability lets a selection committee treat a proposed sculpture as a deliverable project, not only an artwork.
